A Passion for Quality

The B&P Story

Biagio Artisan Meats was born in 2007 from a simple idea: bring high-quality, locally sourced meats to the chefs of San Francisco. Founded by a former chef Michael and his daughter Anne, the business quickly gained a reputtation for delivering naturally raised meats that chefs could trust. With a focus on building strong relationships and upholding old-school values, Biagio Artisan Meats became a staple for those who demanded the best.

Founded by a former chef Michael and his daughter Anne, the business quickly gained a reputtation for delivering naturally raised meats that chefs could trust. With a focus on building strong relationships and upholding old-school values, Biagio Artisan Meats became a staple for those who demanded the best.

Overcoming Challenges

But like in any story, challenges arose. As the business grew, so did the obstacles. The impact of personal struggles and the devastating effects of COVID-19 on the restaurant industry forced a tough decision. In 2020, Biagio Artisan Meats had to close its doors. It was difficult time, but rather than giving up, the family decided to have a fresh start, relocating to Texas with a new vision.
